What is the redress matter?

PRA, LLC reached a comprehensive agreement with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”) that resulted in the entry of a Stipulated Final Judgment and Order (“Order”) in 2023, which requires, in part, PRA, LLC to provide redress (refund money) to certain Consumers (“Redress Consumers”). Who is JNDLA?

JNDLA is managing the redress process and communications on  behalf of PRA, LLC in this redress matter. To contact us, please reference JNDLA's contact information at the bottom of this page, or submit a request on the Check Reissue page.

What should I expect?

Redress Consumers have been sent a redress notification letter with an explanation of how their refund was calculated in accordance with the agreement. A check has been enclosed with the letter. Efforts will be made to contact the Redress Consumer for one year from when the initial redress notification letter was sent. Please refer to the Important Dates section below for the date initial letters were sent.

Why did I receive a letter?

You were identified as part of PRA, LLC’s Redress Consumers. Redress Consumers are defined in the CFPB’s Order, as well as requirements for determining the amount of redress payment. Consumers identified for redress represent one-tenth of 1% of PRA, LLC's active accounts.
